One Departmental manufactured ILC superscribed by the sender with the word “Registered” is found in a letter box and fee for registration has not been prepaid by means of postage stamps. How it should be taxed? as fully prepaid(एक विभागीय निर्मित आईएलसी (पंजीकृत कार्ड) जिस पर प्रेषक द्वारा “पंजीकृत” लिखा हुआ है, एक पत्र पेटी में पाया गया है और पंजीकरण शुल्क डाक टिकटों के माध्यम से अग्रिम भुगतान नहीं किया गया है। इस पर कर कैसे लगाया जाना चाहिए? क्या इसे पूर्णतः अग्रिम भुगतान माना जाना चाहिए?)
