Section-I of Post Office Guide Part-I deals with-(डाकघर गाइड के भाग-I का खंड-I निम्नलिखित से संबंधित है-)

Section-II of Post Office Guide Part-I deals with-(डाकघर गाइड के भाग-I के खंड-II में निम्नलिखित विषयों पर चर्चा की गई है-)

(i) The Post Office normally refund the value of unused items of postage stamps or stationery or exchange them. (ii) Articles addressed to deceased persons are never dealt with in the same manner as unclaimed articles.((i) डाकघर सामान्यतः अप्रयुक्त डाक टिकटों या स्टेशनरी की वस्तुओं का मूल्य वापस कर देता है या उन्हें बदल देता है। (ii) मृत व्यक्तियों के पते पर भेजी गई वस्तुओं के साथ कभी भी लावारिस वस्तुओं की तरह व्यवहार नहीं किया जाता है।)

(i) The sender is not bound to pay any postage or other sum due on the undelivered or refused articles returned to him by the post office.
(ii) A book for recording suggestions and complaints is available at all Post Offices, during the working hours of the office.((i) डाकघर द्वारा लौटाए गए अप्राप्त या अस्वीकृत माल पर प्रेषक को कोई डाक शुल्क या अन्य देय राशि का भुगतान करने का दायित्व नहीं है।
(ii) सुझाव और शिकायतें दर्ज करने के लिए एक पुस्तिका सभी डाकघरों में कार्यालय के कार्य समय के दौरान उपलब्ध है।)

(i) Stamps affixed to a letter or packet must be completely adherent to the article itself and not to any part of its contents
(ii) Stamps should be affixed to the right hand top corner of the address side((i) पत्र या पैकेट पर चिपकाए गए टिकट पूरी तरह से वस्तु पर ही चिपकने चाहिए, न कि उसके अंदर की किसी भी सामग्री पर।
(ii) टिकट पते वाले पृष्ठ के ऊपरी दाहिने कोने पर चिपकाए जाने चाहिए।)

The manufacture and use of fictitious postage stamps for any purpose whatsoever is prohibited under which Clause of Post Office Guide Part-I(डाकघर गाइड भाग-1 के किस खंड के तहत किसी भी उद्देश्य के लिए नकली डाक टिकटों का निर्माण और उपयोग निषिद्ध है?)

(i) Every Sorting Assistant in RMS will be supplied with a copy of the sorting list of the Mail Office to which he is attached

Under Foreign Post Manual following are punishable offences under the law(विदेशी डाक नियमावली के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित अपराध कानून के तहत दंडनीय हैं।)

Chapter-2 of Postal Manual Volume-VI Part-III deals with(डाक नियमावली खंड-VI भाग-III का अध्याय-2 निम्नलिखित से संबंधित है:)

(i) No person not belonging to the Department may be permitted to examine the records of any post office.
(ii) Information of a purely statistical character may be furnished to the District Magistrate or Collector on his application.((i) विभाग से संबंधित न होने वाले किसी भी व्यक्ति को किसी डाकघर के अभिलेखों की जांच करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
